How do I re-seed my yard?
I have to reset my backyard. We have lived here for 7 years and have never done! Now, I have an irregular courtyard. I have the seeds and fertilizers as well as the momentum thing seed dealer. When is the best time to do this? With How often should I water now? What if I have the dogs? I have two border collies, which are indoor / outdoor dogs. Is it enough if I was a little of hay, or should I get the roll of material (straw that is stitched) saw at Lowe's?
The time to return to the seed depends entirely on your soil type. It is soft and spongy to accept any moisture (rain) or is dry and crisp; to need more and continuous supply of moisture? Also, does your soil contains more " Most areas of silt-ish "(high substrate) or the mixture is more acidic (sand) the type of texture? (over half the U.S.) grow best when the light sun reaches its natural growth, so that waiting until mid to late spring to replant. Although many types of grass seed needed to rest during the winter cold and snow. Consult your local Lowe's or Home Depot for advice about their conditions, I am sure that there should be more specific suggestions. Any kind of "disturbance" to disappear growth (dogs) will cause growth to be depleted or absent in those places.
