I need decorating ideas for a porch projected. And the ideas need to be cheap, cheap, cheap!?
The area is long and narrow, 8 feet by 23 feet. The longwall is the test, the two bottom walls are beige stucco, like the house. Roof is white. I'm getting a ceiling fan. I have carpet green outdoor deck, a little worn, but fine. There are white plastic sofa cushion green stripes and a white plastic table with four chairs. I place mats and silk tulips on the table. There is a small white plastic table. I Do not love the white patio furniture plastic, but it's all I can afford right now. I want to personalize and add to the decor of the stucco wall, if possible. But what? I have a green thumb, and I live in Florida. I'll add some plants and flowers, but need suggestions. It is hot and humid here. Fabrics fade and mildew. During certain times of year, thick yellow pollen in the form dust is above all. So I have to be practical. Not have to look like Martha Stewart fell, but it takes practice, suggestions for low cost. Ideas, please!
Pick a color and stick to it for flowers and other accessories. Add candles to the tables of varying heights. Upload photos if you like or baskets with plants. You can buy a pair of basket weave "metal trash cans around $ 3.00 each. The line of turf and add a tall green plant. Put one on each side of the door. Add a small cushion of the chaise longue. You can paint the chairs and tables for only a few dollars if you want a change. (dark green forest?) Add a cheap rug (sisal), a dish of fruit (orange – like orange would be a great accent color for your area), a pair of flowering plants (inpatients orange?), a tropical print tablecloth in a green, orange, yellow, white, and looks brand new. Shop thrift stores and garage sales. I hope this will help.
