How to remove stains in Black Painted rockers Off?
My grandmother is obsessed with the Cracker Barrel and bought 4 white chairs for porch swing (yes we live in the south, lol). They have stood around with a lot of black colored spots. I have tried to remove with soap and water, but nothing works. I in the paint more, but probably would not work in the long run either. What are these places and how do I treat it. They sit on the porch of the elements. I have no idea what kind of cracker barrel of paint used to treat these rockers. Probably the cheapest possible that the paint is resistant to mold.
You can mold coming through the paint finish. If this is the case of chlorine and the first with a product made by Zinsser called bin. Chairs will be sealed and not allow the mold to show through. If the error stage crap you can sand and must leave. I still stamped with the BIN and then paint.
