Someone knows the value of the limited edition of 1983 Salvador Dalí "Le Parfum" glass bottles of 10 oz?
I feel very fortunate to have one of the limited edition 10 oz "Le Parfum Salvador Dalí" glass bottles. The bottle is huge (ten ounces of pure perfume) very heavy and very beautiful, a sculpture of art. My bottle is # 979 of 5000 and is still in perfect condition in their original boxes of marriage, and full of perfume from the original, thanks adequate storage is a must have. I also have the hardcover "Le Parfum de Salvador Dalí", a book that arrived with the bottle. These bottles sold retail for $ 1,500 in 1983, and I'm very curious about its present day value. I think the value is in the eye of the beholder or I should say that the buyer? … Maybe you could find a kind collector on Ebay? and perhaps in Yahoo! Auction … I myself own a 2 oz version and its price for me. Hope that helps
